This experiential workshop will take participants on a journey of self exploration as an Energetic Being. The class will explain the nature of Universal Energy and its interaction with the Human Energy Field. Participants will learn about the energy centers in the body, called Chakras, and how this energy movement can bring us into states of health and well-being, or illness and stress. The group will collectively feel the effects of an Energy Healing Session through meditation, guided visualization, and learning specific techniques on how to consciously direct their own energy for self healing.
“Sound and Vibrational Healing”
Healing the Heart and Relationships through Sound
From science to spiritual wisdom, participants will learn how specific energy vibrations and sound frequencies bring healing to the physical body, the emotions, and all our relationships.
