Our energy healing sessions always include vibrational healing with the use of chanting, vocalizing mantras, drumming, rattles, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and other acoustic stimulators. We enhance the energy of Reiki by using the sacred science of sound, in Japan, known as the Kotodama.
The use of Sound, Reiki mantras, other vibrational modalities, and chanting are incorporated and taught in our Enhanced Reiki Classes.
What is a Mantra?
- The word 'mantra' is from the Sanskrit ancient language, meaning 'thoughts that liberate'.
- They are words of power found in all sacred traditions.
- Mantras are prayers, chants, or sacred 'seed' sounds or phrases recited repetitively.
- The Ancient Science of Sacred Mantras teaches that the hard palate in the mouth has 58 energy points that connect to and affect the whole body. By singing, speaking or whispering specific mantras, you touch these energy points in a specific order and pattern that has a harmonious and healing effect on the physical, mental, and spiritual bodies.

The effects of Sound Healing take place in the Theta ('Alert Dreaming') brainwave state.
