Thank you for all your support for the last 27 years.
This short video below is our way to say Thank You, and to tell you how much we appreciate you.
We hope you enjoy our Thanksgiving message as something to make you smile while feeling the true depth of gratitude we hold for your Presence in our lives. Whether many years have passed or whether we have seen you in the past year, or month, or week, please know how much we love you. Endlessly.
By the way, this video only took about 14 takes between the two of us to try and get it right. We laughed our way through and had way too much fun creating these new little characters who now live in the heart (and mind!) of Insight Out. In the end, there really are no mistakes. It simply showed us how important it is to remember to Lighten Up, often.
Our prayer is for you and your loved ones to love and respect one another. (and don't forget to laugh a lot)
Have a Happy, Healthy Thanksgiving...every day.

Our Ancient Mothers
Almost everyone is touched by it. Is it simply another Hallmark holiday or perhaps something more meaningful? Mother's Day came and went, as it does every spring. Hopefully, we remember to honor and respect our mothers everyday, whether they are still with us or not. Whether they abandoned us or smothered us. Whether they were our greatest inspiration or our hardest teachers for how to be resilient in the face of dysfunctional relationships.
No matter how you relate or related to your own mother, I hope you'll take a few minutes to watch the video below. It might give you a greater uplifted perspective on the whole paradigm of 'Mothering'. It's my Mother's Everyday gift to you.
I wrote this to pay homage to all of our mothers. ALL of them. When we follow the unbreakable golden thread that has woven women’s wonder throughout time, we discover the lineage we all carry from the One Eternal Loving Divine Mother, Great Birther of All Things. Enjoy.

The Birth of Diversity
|
Look around. We live in a miraculous world. The tiny spinning orb we call Earth is but one gem of infinite beauty within the multiverses. Every day we have a chance to experience the radiant diversity that exists on our unique home planet. In every moment Creativity is being expressed, whether by the blooming of a new flower, the seeding of a new forest, the birth of a newborn human, or the discovery of a brand new species.
In every moment, a new combination of musical notes is filling the air, eloquent words are being spoken, artists are creating, scientists are exploring, synapses are firing in the brains of all creatures that have brains, and hormones are cascading through the human body releasing emotions, causing the ceaseless movement of energy. Things are growing and dying simultaneously. Life is happening, enriched by the various colors, shapes, smells, sounds, and textures of each unique vibrational frequency.
Don't become numb to the admonition that we should all be the same...that we should look only one way or have only one dominant way of thinking. Remember, our world is much richer and healthier with dark, multi-colored whole grains rather than boring monotone white bleached flour!
This Everyday Inspiration video pays homage to the Birth of Radiant Diversity. When we are feeling overwhelmed by problems, both personal and planetary, we can feel separated from one another and nature. When we remember that we are not separate, but rather, we are Whole Beings who celebrate the many diverse expressions that make our world precious, exciting, and wonder-full, then we can live together in harmony, accepting our 'differences' as a miraculous 'normalcy'.
I hope you will take a few moments each day to appreciate the variety of miracles that surround us. We are blessed beyond measure by each unique expression of Life.
Please enjoy the next 10 minutes of cosmic storytelling and see the world with new eyes!

Fill the Need. Help somebody.
What inspires you? Who makes you think deeply? How does your understanding and perspective change when your heart and soul are touched by someone else's life? In the past year, a man of integrity and goodness, the HONORABLE U.S. Representative Elijah Cummings, left this world to continue his compassionate work in a new way by serving with the angels. Being greatly inspired by his life of service and his legacy of truly caring for others, Bill made this video as a beautiful reminder about the reason we are living.
Unfortunately, people everywhere are suffering in numerous ways. Either you, or someone you know might be going through a rough time right now. What calls you to take action, to make a difference in another's life, to help someone out in whatever way you can? There are endless opportunities to fill the need. Every day, each one of us is creating our own unique legacy. We can be self-centered, isolated, hurting and hopeless... or we can choose to think beyond ourselves and be in service to others, giving generously of our heart, time, and spirit. We do have a choice no matter what our circumstances might be.
How are you creating your legacy? If you're not sure how to help somebody, start by simply offering a smile, a hand that uplifts, a shoulder to lean on, or a hug that comforts. Everything you do matters. We appreciate that about you. Thank you for watching and caring.
I was inspired by the open global invitation to enjoy "7 Days of Rest and Reflection" at the beginning of this year. Each day from January 1 - 7, I made a conscious decision to rest and renew my body, mind, and spiritual energy. It was a gift I gave to myself... to be still, to release unnecessary stress from the past year, and to NOT have a specific goal, plan or agenda. It was a blissful experience!
This was a spiritual practice I could easily wrap my mindfulness around! I spent a few minutes to a few hours each day sitting in meditation and quiet reflection about Life on Earth and our connections to the miracles that abound...connections to one another, to our planet, to the elements, to the bio-diversity of cycles within our climate and environment, and finally stretching my awareness to the eternal Web of Wholeness which is All Encompassing.
With Reiki as my trustworthy inner guide, I was blessed to offer the following video reflections for each of the 7 days:
Day 1 - Reiki Reflections in the Loving Embrace of Mother Earth
Day 2 - Reiki Reflections in the Loving Flow of Water
Day 3 - Reiki Reflections in the Loving Radiance of Fire
Day 4 - Reiki Reflections in the Loving Spaciousness of Air
Day 5 - Reiki Reflections in the Loving Connections of Climate
Day 6 - Reiki Reflections in the Loving Celebration of Biodiversity
Day 7 - Reiki Reflections in the Loving Wholeness of All - Remembering our Ancient Spirit
I hope you will take some time... any time, day or night, whenever it feels comfortable for you, to watch these videos, listen to your own heart, and reflect on Life and your unique connection and contribution to it. Ultimately I trust that we will all realize how interconnected we are, and in that understanding we will respect and honor each other and all life on Earth.
Many thanks to my co-hearts who are also Everyday Inspirations!... Shelley Ostroff, founder of Together in Creation and "7 Days of Rest and Reflection", Shelley Darling, and Julie Krull for Heart Resonance Mentoring with Good of the Whole...and so many more divine humans who add their unique sparkle to our radiant wholeness.
May all Beings be blessed with Freedom and Peace.
May we know Love and help it increase.

Day 1 - Reiki Reflections in the Loving Embrace of Mother Earth
Day 2 - Reiki Reflections in the Loving Flow of Water
Mni Wiconi. Water is Life. Everything alive on our planet right now is connected to water in some form, causing all things to grow and flourish. The element of water is the focus of this next meditative reflection video. Please watch it as many times as you like this week. Be mindful of your relationship to this miraculous life-giving resource. Honoring the precious resource of water is one of our highest spiritual charges. How do you respect water? What practices do you mindfully contribute to conserving water? When do you appreciate water the most? ...when you drink it? bathe in it? play in it? wash or cook with it?
Water is the element of the 2nd Sacral Chakra which allows the energy of all our emotions to flow through us with either struggle or ease. How do you celebrate the joy of right relationships in your life? Are your inner waters calm or turbulent? Is your emotional body stagnant from a lack of enthusiasm or fun? Do you ever feel like you are overwhelmed and drowning in a flood of emotions? Think about your own body in relationship to Mother Earth...in some places her waters are dried up with droughts and lack of rain. In other places, there is devastation from too much water. Can you balance your emotions with equilibrium and kindness toward yourself and others? If you take the time, you will find messages in water that speak directly to your own life.
What role do you play when it comes to the clarity and healing of our planet's finite water? Remember, how you treat water is how you treat yourself. I hope you will stay in the Loving Flow of Life and be inspired to bring blessings to water everywhere.

Day 3 - Reiki Reflections in the Loving Radiance of Fire
We are invited to rest and reflect on the loving radiance of FIRE. It brings the light that shows us the outer world as well as the inner light that awakens our intuition and gut feelings. Is your inner fire radiating with a gentle, comforting warmth? Or might your fire be explosive and destructive to the people around you with harsh or hurtful words and/ or actions?
In our physical center of the 3rd Chakra, the Solar Plexus uses Fire to give us the energy and stamina we need to move throughout our day. Our metabolism converts the foods we eat into the fuel we must utilize to stay motivated and active in life. The fire that burns in our belly is the same that digests all things around us and gives us the confidence, courage, and high self esteem that we need to be a positive, productive Presence on earth.
How do you honor and respect the element of fire? When we realize the powerful nature of fire from its many expressions we can begin to balance our own use of this energy so we don't become too overpowering or hot-tempered. Reflect on your relationship with fire. How do you harness and transform the many intense energies that surround you every day? How does Fire shape your unique personality?
May we be blessed with Fire's helpfulness! May we radiate with integrity when we shine our Light for others to see! May we feel our own inner glow and loving passion as we allow the power of FIRE to illumine our minds and hearts.

Day 4 - Reiki Reflections in the Loving Spaciousness of Air
We can only see it when it moves, yet we can walk through it with ease.
We can only feel it when there is temperature i.e. heat, warmth, coolness, frigid, yet humans have discovered ways to change and manipulate it with machines and technology.
We call it invisible but it is everywhere.
We don't usually pay much attention to it yet it is what is keeping us alive every minute.
It is air.
It is the Holy Breath of Life.
It is generated from the lungs of Mother Earth...from her rain forests and plants. Majestic broad-leafed trees generously give us oxygen as we simultaneously breathe out carbon dioxide that our brother and sister trees need to make their own food. This sacred element is honored whenever we inhale and exhale consciously with equanimity.
How do you rest in the loving awareness of AIR? Does it feel spacious or smothering? How easy is it for you to give AND receive? Take a long, slow, deep breath and please enjoy this next heart-filled video. Don't forget to exhale...

Day 5 - Reiki Reflections in the Loving Connections of Climate
How do you appreciate Climate? Interesting question, isn't it? Can you relate to Climate like you can to earth, water, fire, and air? It is just as intimate as those elements!
When we give ourselves a higher, wider perspective we can 'see' the whole interdependent system of earth's intelligence. There are codes written by nature that cover the multitudinous expressions of Life...from her soil, minerals, water, air, and animals, to the tiny bacteria and micro-organisms on the forest and oceanic floors. Everything is interconnected and exists for the benefit of the entire planet. This overall template of cooperation and mutual benefit can be called the 'wisdom of climate'. Alarmingly, humanity has contributed to pulling this natural intelligence out of balance which threatens all of life as we know it, including our own human species.
The health of our one Mother Planet Earth is being compromised in our lifetime by three main factors -
1. the continued exploitation and destruction of earth's natural resources, especially humanity's dependence on the use of fossil fuels which sends carbon emissions into the atmosphere, choking our planet with greenhouse gasses, warming the temperature, and causing extremes in weather patterns.
2. the continued use of factory farming practices and consumption of animal products.
3. and most importantly, the arrogant mindset of humans that wants to control, separate, dominate, and disrespect the balance of nature's intelligence.
We can reflect on our own mindset and re-examine how we might consciously or unconsciously be contributing to the dis-ease covering the planet. Are we willing to accept the possibility of our own extinction in this lifetime!?
There ARE solutions to our predicament. We are being asked to listen and pay attention! We are being asked to wake up from this unsustainable 'dream' of wanting more, more, more.
There is good news! Courageous, highly conscious youth around the world are leading a growing movement for policy makers and world leaders to hear the urgency of what might happen to life on earth if our climate continues to change without humans redirecting our behaviors. Students are changing their everyday motions by striking from school with the higher purpose of placing attention on Climate Change - for the benefit of all species and the planet as a whole.
Here are three ways to counterbalance our current patterns of destruction -
1. instead of using fossil fuels, we must switch to clean, renewable (green) energy sources, i.e. solar, wind, geothermal.
2. instead of meat consumption, we can switch to plant-based renewable sources of food
3. instead of our current mindset of separation, we realize that we can only thrive as one healthy earth system when we understand the delicate balance of interdependence and the mutual benefit of a cultivating and preserving diversity, from plant to animal to human life.
This Reiki Reflection is not about doom and gloom. It offers hope and a suggestion for us to learn more at Project Drawdown. I would also invite you to explore the educational programs that I facilitate through Pachamama Alliance. Dive in here: "Awakening the Dreamer Symposium" and follow with the "Game Changer Intensive". Indulge in a plethora of inspiring and eye-opening information! We CAN live within a thriving and regenerative planetary system!
We're all in this together. It's up to us to do what our heart calls us to do to correct our past and move into a more environmentally sustainable, socially just, and spiritually fulfilled human presence on earth.

Day 6 - Reiki Reflections in the Loving Celebration of Biodiversity
What would happen if all the art galleries and museums in the world featured only one artist with one style? Or if every library or book store carried only one author? Or if every school teacher taught only one subject? What if there was only one same dance step that everyone did, never moving their bodies in a new direction? What an unimaginative world that would be!
If you've ever done research on nutrition you have probably learned that most 'bleached white' foods are to be avoided. White sugar, white bread, white flour, white pasta, etc. We've come to learn that whole grains, textures, and naturally colorful foods provide the most health benefits for the human body. So why would we want life to be bland and homogenized? Why would we want things to be the same, with no exciting diversity? That sounds pretty boring.
This week's video reminds us how important it is to preserve nature with healthy biodiversity. Planet Earth is teeming with infinite microorganisms that interact with each other, always creating new forms and functions. Everything is interdependent and connected to everything else. Think of the human family for a moment with its many different cultures, shades of skin, languages, varied sizes and shapes, unique behaviors, thoughts, and belief systems. We are invited to celebrate this biodiversity! Why would we want everyone to look, act or think just like we do? Can you imagine a planet with only one species? When I think of the miraculous diversity of Life on Mother Earth, I am humbled on bowed knee with deep gratitude.
We often say, "We are One", and "There is no 'other'," but in reality we are each different and unique which brings a cacophony of sounds, shapes, colors, lights, and expressions into our One World. May we awaken to the importance of Biodiversity and do our part to help nature work naturally, without our interference.
May we appreciate and respect the many flowers and bees on Mother Earth. May we understand the specific roles that everything plays in harmony with the other. May our minds be illumined with the wisdom to know that each part is integral to the whole. And that it's ALL good!

Day 7 - Reiki Reflections in the Loving Wholeness of All - Remembering our Ancient Spirit
After seven days, a week is complete and the cycle of this measurement of time begins all over again and again. When connecting with our ancient spirit we remember that our soul has been through infinite cycles of experiencing what it is like to be Human. After we have incarnated and learned specific life lessons, we can consciously choose to keep recycling our ancient memories with understanding, so we can evolve to the next level of our soul's journey.
This Reiki Reflection video reminds us that we are connected to the Web of Life. We remember who we are, who we have been in the past, and who we will forever be. We are made of the Energy of Life, uniquely expressing our various vibrations of Light, Sound, Love and Wholeness. We are not separate. We have never been separate. We are Whole Beings, within the Whole of All Life....constantly being renewed and recycled again and again...each time reaching more refined levels of energy and consciousness.
In this Everyday Inspirations series we have explored many reflections of our loving connection to the 4 major elements, our climate, our miraculous biodiversity, and to the Loving Source of All that is. May we continue to deepen our love and respect for Mother Earth and the Great Spirit that lives within everything.
May you rest in the loving remembrance of Who You Are.
